ProstaLite offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on every order. This policy explains how it works.
You may request a refund within 60 days of the date you receive your order. The guarantee applies to orders placed through this authorized portal only. We cannot honor refunds for products bought from unauthorized sellers or marketplaces, because we cannot verify those bottles.
Email orders@prostaliteofficial.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. We will reply with return instructions, typically within one business day.
Return the bottles, including empty ones, to the returns address we provide. We recommend a tracked method. Once your return is in transit we process your refund to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of receipt.
The guarantee covers the product purchase price. Original shipping, where applicable, is not refunded. Bonus eBooks are yours to keep regardless. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced at no cost when reported within 7 days with a photo.
